The staff was really nice and checked in on us a few times without hovering, which I appreciated. The food did take a little longer than I expected, and I’m usually a bit cautious about places where the timing feels off, but they apologized and made sure our drinks stayed full the whole time. Overall, the service felt dependable, and I’d be comfortable going back.

I placed an online order from Eat’n Park and the pickup part went smoothly. The food was ready around the time they said it would be, so no real complaints there.
The weird part was the order itself. One of the sides was missing, and my burger had toppings on it that I specifically asked to leave off. Not the end of the world, but that part was weird and definitely annoying once I got home.
The food still tasted decent, and the staff seemed friendly enough. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d check the bag before leaving.

Eat’n Park is usually a easy choice when we’re taking the kids out. The menu has enough basic stuff they’ll actually eat, and the staff is generally patient with us when we show up as a bigger family and need a little extra time.

For the price, I guess I was silly to expect things to be a little fresher. The staff was nice enough, to be fair, but it would’ve been great if someone had checked on the salad bar a bit more often...
